Reflow Oven:
Conceptronic APPOLLO SI Reflow Oven (Large Conceptronic),90" X 315" X 69",480V-3P,356A - Maxium; 150A - stable operation,36" x 315", Speeds 0-100 Inch Per Minute, Temp. Range 22 Deg. C to 300 Deg. C,14 Heating Zones,4 Cooling Zones, Lead Free Capability, weight 1100 pounds, made in 1998, total hour of use <5000, Serial Number:930036. Shipping method: We originally shipped the oven on a Flat Bed 18 wheeler as it was on a skid that was too large to fit into a standard box truck. This should be an AIR-RIDE truck Only. We put it on the truck on our loading dock with a massive fork lift truck, the oven was removed at the customers factory with a crane using special I-beam lifting frames we made in house. We did place it on a massive skid when it was shipped, we then shrink rapped the entire oven. The monitor and PC was shipped in a seperate container. It was a large free standing station that was seperate for the oven, or at least it was at the time of shipment, see attached pic. This was about a 6 ft tall tower with the monitor, keyboard, PC all inside with an umbilical type connection to the oven that can be unplugged. We would have packed the tunnel of the oven with closed cell soft foam padding from end to end. We would have done this with the main bonnet open, packed the foam in (these were 24"x 48" pads) the tunnel, then placed foam on the front edges on the oven where the bonnet close and then closed the main bonnet on top of the foam. We did this to A) keep the belt guide rods from bouncing out of the oven, B) to help fully secure the top heaters in place so they would withstand some hard traveling. The oven had heavy duty casters that once on a flat surface should allow it to be rolled into place. See more info
